When memories don't allign
So the “Don’t Do It” scene is a fabrication on my part.
Yes, ‘Eli Belfer’ and I worked together and often at paper cups of soup together in a dingy break room. Yes, that’s how he says my name with big eyes and pursed lips, meaning so much more. And yes, he was often hearing about my dating life and chiming in with his two cents, with my best interests at heart.
However, this whole thing about him telling me not to have sex is not in either of our memory banks. Here’s what happened:
